Como sempre, excelente e sabores delicadamente criados para fornecer uma experiência maravilhosa e deliciosa. Um salve aos donos, ao chef fantástico e toda equipe. Capão da canoa tem uma joia da gastronomia. Não canso de elogiar. Recomendo todos os pratos especiais. Iniciamos com o carpaccio de salmão com alho poró e uma série de molhos especiais. Seguimos com o atum selado com misso e outros toques peruanos. Encerramos com o niguiri de Vieira e ovas. Espetáculo. Parabéns!
